Beginning as a game that we would play occasionally in 6th grade math, Rectangle Tetris is a game that takes a spin on the classic game of Tetris by introducing a dice roll. The game begins with a grid of nine by seventeen boxes, two dice are then rolled and the values become the length and width of a rectangle. The player then selects a location to place the rectangle and continues to repeat the steps until there is no extra room. The goal is to fill in the entire grid leaving no empty boxes.
